In addition, by offering stand packages and optional upgrades to exhibitors, you can generate extra income that might otherwise go to third-party providers.

We provide two flexible options to meet the exhibition needs for events of between 30 – 50 exhibitors:

Option 1: Branded Shell Scheme Packages

These ready-to-use, high-quality branded shell-scheme stands are designed to fit effortlessly into any event space. All graphics are printed on high-quality foamex that fit seamlessly into traditional panel and pole shell schemes. The costs below are trade pricing for the event organiser, you are welcome to add any margin you like on top of this!

• Bronze Package (£750) – 2 x 2.5m branded wall, counter, and brochure stand.

• Silver Package (£1,000) – 2 x 3m branded wall, counter, and brochure stand.

• Gold Package (£1,250) – 2 x 4m branded wall, counter, and brochure stand.

Platinum Package (£1,900) – 2 x 4m branded  wall, counter, and brochure stand plus an arch and TV mount for enhanced visibility.

Option 2: Full Vision Kits – Premium Bespoke Stands

For exhibitors seeking a more premium setup, our Full Vision Exhibition Stand Kits offer a unique exhibiting display. Pricing for these is dependent on the size and design of the exhibition required. The benefits the Vision exhibition kit include:

• High-Impact Displays – A modular aluminium-framed system designed to the exhibitor’s requirements.

• Enhanced Brand Visibility – Unique display configurations such as arches, islands and extra height that stand out in busy exhibition spaces.

Conference Sponsorship Package Extras

Exhibitors can personalise their stand packages with optional upgrades, including:

• Extra furniture (e.g., chairs, trestle tables, product showcases)

• Enhanced lighting options

• Additional branding elements such as hanging banners

• Custom flooring (Vision stands only)

• Additional display stands such as roller banners, pop up displays and branded counters.

These extras are billed separately to exhibitors, with a percentage commission going to the event organiser—offering a valuable revenue opportunity while enhancing the exhibitor experience.
